A while back I started a Google ad account. In return for letting Google place a few ads on my blog, I might make a dollar a month or so. I immediately removed the ad links, because after scanning the topics of my blog in order to find suitable ads related to the content of this blog, ads for philosophy term papers showed up! Not cool. It's hard enough dealing with plagiarism as a professor. I certainly don't want students reading my blog to see links to online term paper shops.
